Civic Club Benefits
Shepherd Park Plaza (SPP) is comprised of residents who generously volunteer their time and talents for the betterment of our community. It is through your annual membership dues that the SPP Civic Club can support the neighborhood through a wide range of services.

Organizing social events such as the neighborhood 5k, National Night Out, 4th of July bicycle parade, BBQ Cook off, and meet & greets.

Monthly Plaza Pulse newsletter mailed to each resident, and maintenance of our neighborhood website.

Welcoming new neighbors, enforcement of deed restrictions and architectual controls, and community relations with City of Houston and other area Civic Clubs.

Entrance bed maintenance, Yard of the Month and holiday deocration recognition,

Constable Patrol program for rapid response service calls and visibility of enforcement, Citizens on Patrol program, and curb painting of address numbers to facilitate quick emegency response.
